The nozzles are green!
I purchased the Carissa Freestanding tub faucet with hand shower for a client of mine. He had viewed this product at Signature hardware's showroom. When he viewed this product he noticed the nozzles on the handshower were neon blue. It was such an obnoxious color on such an elegant style faucet and he specified that he did not want this color. He was told they come in 3 different colored nozzles, gray, neon blue, and hunter green, and that he should simply specify which color he wanted. When I placed the order I specified that I wanted the grey nozzles and was told by several employees that they only come in grey. When I received the product the nozzles were hunter green. Fortunately signature hardware sent me a replacement of another shower wand (not from the Carissa line) that did not have any color to them, but it was a huge ordeal and no one seemed to know anything about the different colored nozzles. The pictures online show them in all 3 colors but no where can you specify which color you want.

This is a nice faucet but is over priced. However, to be fair, all free standing faucets I saw were ridiculously expensive including other suppliers.

Nice Look
This is a nice tub filler. We bought it to go with the Brielle freestanding tub. It looks just like the picture and functions as it should. I highly recommend getting a tub filler with a hand sprayer. It makes rinsing off after a bath and cleaning the tub much easier. The rubber face on this hand sprayer is really easy to clean and the entire faucet is well put together.
