This unit was provided to me by signature hardware as a replacement to a hardware unit that they recommended previously that was also the wrong unit for my tub. Twice now they have told to use the wrong hardware for my set up. This unit nearly flooded our house being that the nose is longer than the overflow valve, had I not caught it, it could have been way worse. Mind you the reps are telling me what units to get with my specific tub. Secondly, the unit is already failing and we have only had it installed for less than 6 months. The telephone shower handle wont turn off and just continues to spray and spray while I am trying to fill the tub getting water all over the floor so I have to lay it in the tub to fill my bath. Lastly the hot water side of the unit gets scolding hot, indicating it doesnt have a thermostatic temperature control valve to prevent burns. When I brought my concerns up to this company I was told to turn my hot water temperature down on the heater, the fact that is floods my home I was told was a "county code issue" huh??? and the failed shower nozzle I was told I have debris in my lines and to clean it out. I recommend not purchasing this stuff without talking to an acutal accountable and knowledgable rep
