Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pyramid Nail Heads I didn't use the nail heads for doors. I'm using them to hide the picture hangers that I used to hang some wall vases. It not only hides the picture hanger, but adds character to the wall vases. Very pleased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my project I used these to fill 1/2" depth screw holes on a board. Spikes were too long and bottomed out on the screw heads beneath however anhandy bolt cutter solved that issue. I then used some heavy duty adhesive to fix them in place worked beautifully!!
